So this morning, I took a half hour to handle some personal business at work. I planned my meals for next week. As I do my regular check of my bank account, I see constant and consistent debits for pizza, sandwiches, italian, salads, etc. So i’ve decided to get serious about bringing my lunch to work at least 4 days of the week and hopefully 5. I realized today how much effort this will take, but my bank account and my body will be greatful in the end. Will let you know how it works out!
